The whole process was fast, easy, and seamless, which I really appreciated. They were reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. It’s refreshing to find a place where you feel like you’re truly being taken care of rather than rushed through an appointment. I’m so happy I found them and will definitely be coming back! 💕 Highly recommend Serotonin Center Winter Park if you’re looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient experience!”

“My husband for my birthday surprised me with a gift card for a service that he purchased with his credit card. I went to Serotonin and my first appointment with Julie was exceptional. However, after that I was scheduled for the following Saturday, and at the last minute I was called and told the provider I originally met was no longer with the company and the service couldn’t be completed by anyone else. The new manager, Suzanne, said she would try to arrange an appointment during the week since I work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. She promised she would try to have someone cover until 6:30 PM on Tuesday and that she would call me back. I never received a call back. I followed up and requested to cancel and receive a refund. Suzanne said she could refund some of it, but refused to refund the portion tied to the gift card my husband purchased using his credit card. She claimed corporate said they couldn’t refund it, but she never provided the corporate contact information or followed through on calling my husband back. After weeks of calling, the issue still wasn’t resolved. I don’t recommend this location/service. The communication and follow-through were extremely disappointing, and I wasn’t able to get a refund for services that were not provided. Suzanne is not helpful at all.”

“I highly recommend the use of the hyperbaric chamber at Serotonin in WP! The staff, especially Aja and Peter are awesome! So welcoming and informative; they put me at ease from the very first consultation. The HBC helped me to heal much faster after having a CO2 laser & cosmetic procedure. I had several treatments prior to the procedures and then for a few weeks afterwards. Highly recommend~ 5 Stars”
